Its been very long time since I wrote my last blog post. Actually, there's so many interesting topics I intent to share but it didn't happen because of my business very overwhelming me (lebay, actually its kind of negligence and laziness 😁😂).
Actually last year I did some interesting (creepy) business in my life, last year I did something that I have to make all my soul, mind and focuses are available in pouring endless hours to this business, in a nutshell "no other life" even in involving my personal life.
While running this business I learned how to build a business from its just an idea, from its just an inception and you relish your idea and its came to this world and you give it name ("metaphor with baby's life") Exhibit it to all people around you and everyone happy since you got a little baby.
But it's not enough just with all the happiness you've got, the responsibility appears and you have to make your baby grown-up with your right wife (partner). Since this is the special and big baby you have to make a team consisting of nannies and each nanny have narrowed down their tasks list and each nanny have at least one kind of job field like :
how to make your baby introduced to all people around and make its the most popular baby in this world, how to make your baby able to walk, how to assure your baby keep in health and the other side are your nannies.
treat your nannies as well as your baby, with pour them with all your encouragements, keep them in touch with you, prevent their morale and fatigue from burning out, keep their salary appears in time, and many others aspects that you have to give your full attention.
But from all aspects described above the inferred relationships between the baby and start-up from my opinion are :
baby = venture
birth = launch
wife / husband / parent = co-founder
next feeding = next round of financing
one year old = post-revenue
friends and family = team and investors
